Marissa Garcia

Marissa Garcia is an Associate Attorney at Griffin & Cain Attorneys at Law, where she focuses her practice exclusively on family law. She is dedicated to guiding clients through some of the most personal and challenging times in their lives with clarity, compassion, and strong advocacy.

Marissa earned her undergraduate degree from Houston Christian University (formerly Houston Baptist University) before obtaining her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston. During her legal education, she developed a strong foundation in advocacy and litigation, preparing her to effectively represent individuals and families navigating complex legal matters.

Her practice includes divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, enforcement actions, and other family law disputes. Marissa understands that family law cases often involve deeply personal circumstances, and she works closely with her clients to ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process.
